About Visual Signal
matfor logo
Visual Signal is a signal processing software developed to provide time-frequency analysis solutions in an intuitive way.The design eliminates the complicated ways of writing a program to produce visual process control components, and instead provides a variety of visual process control components to be utilized. This gives users the ability to create a presentation of their own ideas for analysis without the limitation of needing to be able to code it. AnCAD has ensured that the design of Visual Signal is fast, simple, and effective for users in the field of signal analysis and that it provides a simple yet powerful tool for signal analysis and comparisons.

Auto Correlation Demo
Auto correlation automatically calculates the correlation of a signal. This     demo shows the correlation of a noise signal, a correlation of a sine signal,     then the correlation of both of the signals mixed together.

Cross Correlation Demo
Cross correlation measures the similarity of two waveforms as a function of     a time-lag applied to one of them. This demo shows the cross correlation of     two defferent noise signals mixed together.

FFT Demo
The Fourier transform transforms signals between the time domain and the     frequency domain. This demo shows the various settings that can be     applied to a Fourier transformation of a signal.

Hilbert Demo
The Hilbert transform can better show you the instantaneous frequency of a     signal. This demo shows you a comparison of a Hilbert transform to the     instantaneous frequency function of the same Triangle wave signal.

IFft Demo
The Inverse Fourier transformation allows you to recover the original wave     of a function from its Fourier transform as long as the frequency and phase     information of the wave is known. This demo shows the Inverse Fourier     transformation function reconstructing the original wave from the Fourier     transform.

Multiscale Entropy Demo
The Multiscale Entropy function takes the entropy of a function based on     multiple scales that can be customized. This demo shows the Multiscale     Entropy of two functions with a scale of 20.
