Answer: This error is caused by the conflict between MATFOR and other applications using qt-mt312.dll in $PATH. The error has been fixed and the bug-fix release of MATFOR 3.2 is available for download on March 31st, 2005. Please upgrade it from http://www.ancad.com/download.php.
