Part 3: Bearing Defect
主軸振動及衝擊主要來源有動不平衡、組裝公差和軸承損壞，然而軸承損壞對於生產成本造成沉重負擔，如能評估外購軸承品質，即可減少主軸衝擊和降低成本，以及即早發現主軸的軸承損壞，不會連帶造成主軸內其他的軸承損壞。逸奇科技利用軸承的衝擊發生頻率推估軸承損傷，大略可以推估出內環、外環、滾珠或保持器損壞。
逸奇科技利用轉速計和加速規，在主軸跑過程中不斷監控主軸軸承的狀態。如下圖，藍色為外環損傷頻譜，紅色為內環損傷頻譜，綠色為滾珠損傷頻譜，比對原始頻譜以及此三個頻譜，若是原始訊號的特徵頻率有靠近損壞頻譜誤差於 5% 之內，發現軸承的內環及滾珠可能有損傷。
